DS Automobiles has unveiled its latest limited edition model; the DS 3 Inès de la Fressange.
The new model features a 'distinctive appearance and high-specification’, and comes with a ‘Voyageur’ bag, designed by Inès de la Fressange Paris, bringing together two Parisian brands. DS says, to enhance its rarity, only 200 of the models will be available in the UK.
"We aim to offer bespoke models and cultivate rarity so that each customer finds in their DS vehicle a touch that resembles them. Our Limited Edition models enhance our range of exceptional products, so finding two identical models is quite the challenge" said Yves Bonnefont, Brand Director DS Automobiles.
Said to take inspiration from the latest fashion trends, the Inès de la Fressange model comes with a ‘refined’ colour palette and unique finishes inside and out. With Ink Blue body paint and an Opal White roof, ‘Inès Red’ has been added to the door mirror housings and the wheel centres on the 17-inch ‘Aphrodite’ alloys. The model is adorned with an ‘airmail’ design on the rear window pillars featuring the famous blue, white and red striped borders echoing the car's overall colour scheme.
Inside, the Granit Blue grained leather upholstery is joined by more airmail detailing, while the dashboard insert is coloured Inès Red. The signature badge of the Inès de la Fressange Paris House, the ‘Léon’ fawn (baby deer) is printed on the dashboard.
The standard equipment list includes DS LED Vision, Mirror Screen with Apple Car Play and Mirror Link, DAB digital radio, satellite navigation, and Convenience Pack. This pack comes with automatic lights and windscreen wipers, electrically heated and folding door mirrors, front arm rest and auto-dimming electrochromatic rear view mirror.
Available with three engine/transmission choices: PureTech 110 S&S (Stop&Start) with the manual gearbox or EAT6 (Efficient Automatic Transmission with 6-speeds) or BlueHDi Diesel 100 S&S manual.
The DS 3 Inès de la Fressange Limited Edition will arrive in the UK from May. On the road pricing starts at £20,310 for the PureTech 110 S&S manual, £20,890 for the BlueHDi 100 S&S manual to £21,830 for the PureTech 110 S&S EAT6 auto.
